MEET THE TEAM
At Paellas, Tapas & More we are very proud of our team. Our servers, cooks, and bartenders are all well trained and ready to serve.
Our staff professionalism always impresses our clients. We would not be able to deliver the quality of service we provide without them, and our standards are very high.
Most of our staff is from Spain, or has been trained in Spain. We do our best to keep our excellent service in line with the best traditions of Spain, and we regularly revisit our practices to increase the quality of service we offer.
We are confident you will be proud too when you meet our staff!
Chef Fer Candil
Fer is the Chef at Paellas, Tapas & More. Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, she also lived in Cadiz (South Spain), and in Santiago de Compostela (North Spain).
Chef Fer began learning to cook traditional Spanish food at an early age from her mother. She continues to use the same recipes that her family has passed down orally from mother to daughter for generations.
Fer takes pride teaching these recipes to her five children. Fer continues to develop her cooking talents attending various culinary programs and through private lessons with professional Chefs in Spain. She started teaching cooking classes for kids and adults 12 years ago.
